This is a writer and painters stories after 74 years of life.

→In 74 years born in 1950, by the time I was 5 I had lived in 3 different types of eras. One Aunt and Uncle lived like a stagecoach type lifestyle. NO electricity, indoor water, no inside bathroom. The other Aunt and Uncles ranch had 1 light fixture in each room and a bathroom that when you showered wet down turned off soaped up then rinsed, and when my aunt did laundry she had only 1 day to do it all the rest of the week my uncle irrigated the farm. My house we had light and table lights in each room plus 2 bathrooms and 2 televisions, they called us “the city folk”.

I was born deaf in 1 ear and the last in my state to undergo a mastoidectomy. With a dad who worked as many as 2 jobs a day and took night classes to get a degree he never got paid for with the type of work he did. So I have many story’s and words of wisdom to share.
